Steve Waldman

Steve Waldman is a lifelong Texan, and has been practicing personal injury law in Houston, Texas since 1980. Steve was born in Beaumont and attended Forest Park (now Westbrook) High School, graduating in 1974. He went on to the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in 1977, and then the University of Texas School of Law, where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in May, 1980.

Steve was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1980, and earned his Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1986. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, College of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. Steve is licensed to practice before all state courts of the State of Texas, as well as in the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts. Over the course of his practice, Steve has successfully represented individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases involving industrial accidents, construction accidents, electrocutions, chemical explosions, automobile accidents, maritime injuries and medical negligence.

Steve and his family are very active in religious, community and charitable activities. Houston personal injury lawyer, Steve Waldman is a member of the Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League and a past member of the Board of Trustees of Congregation Beth Yeshurun. He is also a life member of the 100 Club of Houston, a member of the Longhorn Foundation (Go Horns!), and has been a frequent contributor to the TIRR (The Institute for Research and Rehabilitation) Foundation, Houston Food Bank, American Red Cross and CARE. Steve plays the guitar, is a slow but avid runner, and enjoys traveling and reading history.

Kevin Kyser

Kevin Kyser is a born and bred Texan. He attended Southwest Texas State (now Texas State) University in San Marcos, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. After graduation, he moved to Austin and worked for the Texas Legislative Counsel during the 78th Legislative Session.

Kevin returned to Houston, the city of his birth, to attend law school at South Texas College of Law, Houston's oldest law school. There, he "wrote on" to become a member of the school's trade law journal, and was a quarter finalist in the Leroy Jeffers Intramural Moot Court Competition and honored for his brief writing skills. Kevin interned for the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia-Association of the Defence, established by the United Nations and located in The Hague, Netherlands. Kevin also interned at the Thirteenth Court of Appeals of Texas, one of fourteen appellate courts in Texas, as well as for the 113th Judicial District Court of Texas, which is located in Houston.

Kevin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
